whenever i start this diet..i can't eat anything O____o;; it makes that damn feeling in teh stomach like i'm hungry and won't go away until i actually eat something..but i'm barely ever hungry, i just don't want anything..just a bit earlier i finally gave in and made hamburger taco stuffs with cheese and i ate like......more than five spoonfuls from teh bowl..i wanna throw up now plz XD
